Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Comprehensive repair service(s) for two (2) Muse® Cell Analyzers

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract to, Cytek Biosciences Inc (Cytek),Fremont, CA 94538.. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

The requirement is for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and comprehensive repair service(s) for two (2) Muse® Cell Analyzers (NMRC Malaria Department: 1. SN 7200150438, ECN 102150 and 2. SN 7200150439, ECN 102151).

These highly technical instruments require one comprehensive PM inspection and service (one annual PM per instrument) and ongoing repair service(s) throughout the contract period of performance (POP) - 10/10/2024 - 10/9/2025 by specially trained service engineers/technicians that use the manufacturer’s unique certified parts to maintain these critical instruments at full operation and within the manufacturer’s tight operational specifications; deviation from which results in corrupted/inaccurate data or data interpretation.

The NAICS code for this action is 423490. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
