SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and transportation to replace an aging bathtub and accessories.

Remove existing shower/tub trim from shower surround Remove existing fiberglass tub and walls Remove existing diverter valve Supply and install new mold/water resistant greenboard on back wall and two side walls Supply and install new tub/shower diverter valve from Wolverine Brass Inc. Supply and install new 60 x 30 x 15 white acrylic replacement tub Supply and install new white acrylic walls on back wall and two side walls Supply and install new chrome 24inch grab bar and white acrylic four shelf corner caddy Supply and install new Raincan shower hand held shower head with 5’ hose and glide bar Clean, caulk, haul and dispose all debris to an off sight dumpster SUBMIT QUOTE ON YOUR COMPANY LETTERHEAD AND MAKE SURE YOU ADD YOUR UEI# AS WELL.
