Operation of the Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analyses as the NRC’s Federally Funded Research and Development Center-Seventh Renewal

Attached is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for a noncompetitive modification to IDIQ Contract No. 31310023D0004 (Charter Contract). The contract is for the continued operation of the Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analyses (CNWRA), the NRC’s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). CNWRA provides specialized long-term research and technical assistance to support NRC’s waste management program free of Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCOI).
