U.S. COAST GUARD BASE KODIAK Installation of new government furnished SCBA compressor BAUER 4i13 at Firehouse N64 Room 134 and the Removal and disposal of existing SCBA Compressor per the attached Statement of Work(SOW) Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
