AMENDMENT 004 is issued to clarify the contract performance period. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days of receipt of a notice to proceed and complete all work within 60 calendar days of the notice to proceed. AMENDMENT 003 is issued to post answers to submitted questions. See the attachment section of this notice. AMENDMENT 002 is issued to extend the solicitation period. This will allow for answers to submitted questions to be provided to interested vendors.

A separate amendment shall be posted with those answers. The closing date is changed to 14 August 2026. AMENDMENT 001 is issued to extend the solicitation period. Thsis will allow for answers to submitted questions to be provided to interested vendors. A second amendment shall be posted with those answers. The closing date is changed to 7 August 2026. This requirement is set aside for small businesses.

Offers are due by email to the contracting officer (primary point of contact) and contract specialist (secondary point of contact) by the due date on this announcement.

The contractor shall perform the required specified tasks and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents. Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 27 July 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.
