The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required for the demolition of one roll up door and upgrade manual chain mechanism to electric motor ran openers for the Hobby shop building on USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703 per the attached Statement of Work. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities and sizes before submitting bids.
