This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for fuel system inspection services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Coast Guard Station Neah Bay is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, insurance and other items and services necessary to safely conduct inspections and tests necessary to complete a full inspection of shore, marine and aviation fuel delivery systems. Inspect existing fuel tanks, piping, dispensers, secondary containment, and monitoring systems as detailed below (Tank size).

Diesel Marine Fuel System and Housing Emergency Generator Fuel System (5,000 – Gallon tank). Station Main building Diesel Heating and Emergency Generator Fuel System (3,000 – Gallon tank). Gasoline Marine Fuel System (1,500 – Gallon Tank). Jet -A Aviation Fuel System (2,000 – Gallon Tank). VEEDER-ROOT TLS-350 Leak detection system. Contractor shall provide a detailed photo-documented, report outlining findings and recommendations for upgrades and repairs and provide copies to Coast Guard Station Neah Bay.
