DFAS Cleveland Audio Visual Support Services

The Defense Finance and Account Services Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources and capability statements for audio visual (AV) support services. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. A Contractor Capability Survey is attached.

The ideal provider will have verifiable experience and expertise for comprehensive AV operational and technical support; including 1) Providing appropriate AV rental equipment, providing seamless AV operations, providing timely assistance to users, performing basic and advanced troubleshooting, performing routine and emergency maintenance, performing system checks and updates.

2) Knowledge of integrating AV components to maintain technological relevance and high-performance standards while ensuring equipment security in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) guidelines.
