General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Perryville Delineated Area: to the North by the approx intersection of Perryville Rd (Rte 222) and Clayton St on the west and Cedar Corner Rd on the east; to the North, northeast by the intersection of Pulaski Hwy (US Rte 40) and Millcreek Rd; to the East by the terminus of S. Woodland Farms Ln at access road to Amtrak Material Control Station; to the South, southeast by Perryville Community Park; to the South, southwest by Chesapeake Bay; and to the West and Northwest by the Susquehanna River.
Space Type: Office, Warehouse, and Land Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 22,500 (900 ABOA Office, 21,600 ABOA Warehouse, 50,000 sq. ft. ware yard space) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 23,625 (945 ABOA Office, 22,680 ABOA Warehouse, 52,500 sq. ft ware yard space)
Full Term: 60 months Firm Term: 6 months Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the .2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-year floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office, warehouse, ware yard and related space in a building under a lease in Perryville, MD, that will be expiring.
The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
