Synopsis - Intent to Orally Solicit / Mobile LED Screen

The Air Force intends to orally solicit a competitive contract for a Mobile LED Screen IAW FAR 13.106-1(c). The REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE is 5 June 2025; there are no exceptions and no extension shall be granted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339950 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Please see the attached Statement of Requirement (SOR) for full details.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, all responsible sources who believe that they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to SrA Brittney Osborne at brittney.osborne@us.af.mil for consideration no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Time, 5 May 2025. Late responses will not be considered.

A determination by the Government to post this this proposed contract to SAM.gov based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to expand the competitive procurement.
