NOI to Sole Source the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Data Exchange (PDX) System Requirement

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA), Division of Contract Management (DCM) on behalf of the Center of Mental Health Services intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (Including brand-name) to Policy Research, INC., 433 River ST, STE 1005, Troy, New York 12180-2250 for the completion and ongoing operation and maintenance of the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Data Exchange (PDX) system for the overall PATH program.
