Notice of SEC Intent to Award a Single Source Purchase Order for Annual Subscription, Web-Based TV and Radio News Clip Monitoring

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Critical Mention, Inc. for an annual subscription for continuous web-based TV and Radio News Clip Monitoring. The Contracting Officer has determined that Critical Mention, Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

Critical Mention, Inc. is the only known source that can meet all of the SEC’s requirements, including unlimited searches, report building, clip sharing, editing and downloading of clips. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be a 1-year base period with 2 option years. The total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Critical Mention, Inc. on or about July 10, 2024. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the Government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
