FCC Columbia Facility Repairs

AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Post answers for request of information questions 2. Site visit sign in sheet attached 3. QUOTERS MUST RETURN A SIGNED COPY OF THIS AMENDMENT Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561790, with a small business size standard of $9,000,000. The product or service code is Z1AA.

The Government will award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). The FCC, 45 L Street NE, Washington, DC 20554, is seeking to purchase Facility Repairs services. All interested companies must provide quotation(s), for the following:

Services Period of Performance: The period of performance is 2 months from the Notice to Proceed (NTP)

Place of Performance: FCC’s Columbia Maryland’s Campus at 7435 Oakland Mills Rd, Columbia, Maryland 21046 Award will be made to the quoter whose quotation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable considering past performance, and price. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications–Commercial Products and Commercial Services (MAY 2024) 4. Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications online in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.212-3. If paragraph (b)(2) of the provision is applicable, a written submission is required. Quoter must complete Clause 52.213-3- Offeror Representations and Certifications.
