Amendment- P00002 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Revised SOW, SOW Appendix 1, and As Built Drawings Set 1 & 2 added to Solicitation Sections in SOW Changed The following sections in the SOW have been changed. Section 4 “Scope of services” Letter – Appendix 1 was added. Section 6.2 “Task Area 2” 6.2.1 Driveway Cleanup – requirements were updated/added/. 6.2.2 Renovate Main Building Exterior and Interior – requirements were updated/added/removed.

QUOTES SUBMISSION: Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Luis.Salas@fcc.gov on or before February 09, 2024 at 12:00 PM EST SITE VISIT: Site visit is scheduled for January 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST, at 255 154th Ave, Vero Beach, Florida 32966 The FCC/PSHSB onsite contractor will ensure vendors have access to the property and buildings on the site within the scope of the work during the agreed upon day and times.

The FCC is not responsible for providing any additional assistance beyond the prearranged site access for vendors (i.e. vehicular assistance, etc.). During the site visit, all questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing following the site walk by the date/time and instructions provided by the Contracting Officer. The FCC/PSHSB onsite contractor will only provide site access and will not provide responses to vendor questions.

All vendors are required to fill out the sign-in sheet prior to the walk. The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation . Accordingly, quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
