PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT FOR A SOLE-SOURCE ACQUISITION USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES BELOW THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. The Federal Communication Commission intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement due to their extensive expertise.

CisraelTEC, possesses specialized knowledge in crafting these antenna. This purchase order is intended to be awarded to CisraelTEC, LLC for assembly of thirteen (13) antenna and forty (40) hours of on-site training. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
