Savannah River Site intends to award a sole source purchase order to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., to to procure the following products: X-67-10-100-000, X-67-20-135-000, and X-70-20-137-000. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement was based upon FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 6.302-6.
