Broadview Extension

The War Media Activity (WMA) intends to execute a modification to contract HQ0516-21-C-0028 with Canadian Commercial Corporation to provide uninterrupted support for the Program Scheduling and Traffic Management (PSTM) system.

This modification will be for a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract with a period of performance of 30 September 2026 – 31 March 2027. The regulatory authority which permits this single source procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. This authority is supported by an approved Justification and Approval. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing.
