DIAGNOSE Program Management and IT Strategy Support Source of Sought

The purpose of this Source of Sought and draft Statement of Work (SOW) is to solicit feedback from industry partners with demonstrated CMS experience regarding an upcoming planned solicitation for the Data-Informed, IT Alignment, Governance, Navigation, Oversight, Strategy, and Execution (DIAGNOSE) contract. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) seeks to acquire experienced and expert support that enhances CMS's capacity to plan, oversee, and deliver mission-critical Information Technology (IT) and business initiatives while strengthening strategic IT capacities/initiatives, organizational communications, change management, and operational effectiveness.
