Expanded Leadership Development Training Curriculum to Support Virtual, Leader-led Learning

SBA OIG is seeking an integrated curriculum to continue to build upon the SLII and SELF training programs within its training curriculum and strategic culture.

Given the programs’ facilitator materials, participant materials, and online courses are the intellectual property of the Blanchard Companies, OIG seeks to enter into a sole-source contract to obtain an integrated curriculum to build trust necessary to advance self-leadership, to gain an increased understanding of the principals of self-leadership within the Blanchard model, to align self-leadership with existing OIG business processes within its five Divisions, and to increase the internal customer service focus utilizing the self-leadership principals for its support functions.
