DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 EA; Cyril Bath V30 Stretch Wrap Press with contract completion required in 365 days ARO. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 25-40-1000 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirement will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Quote SPE4A8-25-Q-0054 is anticipated to be issued May 2, 2025 or sooner. FOB will be at Destination/Inspection/Acceptance at Destination.

The solicitation will be Other Than Full and Open Competition. Site Visit information will be included in the solicitation. Award will be the result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. Please mail the solicitation package along with the compliance statement and descriptive literature. Mail to address listed in block 9 of the first page of the solicitation OR email to the Acquisition Specialist found on page 2 of the solicitation. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
