Sources Sought for a 85 ' wide x 255' long x 28' Center Height A frame-and-membrane-type structure and Preventive Maintenance at least twice a year and cleaning at least once a year on the structure. Other type of structures that can perform same function – main goal is provide shade.

1. Any other structure that isn’t fabric that would achieve the same function.

2. Warranty information on structures if other structures work.

3. Preventive Maintenance and Cleaning for other structures. When responding please include the following information: Company Name POC and Email address Business Size What type of structure is being offered; warranty Information; and if you provide both the structure and Preventive Maintenance and Cleaning.
