The Priceton Plasma Physics Laboratory requires the services of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional to perform the following tasks:
Task 1: Report/Certification/Administrative Submittals to NJDEP ? Provide Biennial Remedial Action and Aquifer CEA Certification, including required well-search and other documentation to be prepared and submitted every two years, occurring on odd numbered years by the permit anniversary date (August 27th of odd years); ?
Accurate and complete preparation of all other regulatory submittals which could include Confirmed Discharge Notification, LSRP Retention Form, Annual Remediation Fee Form, Public Notification Form, Remedial Investigation Report/Remedial Action Workplan (RIR/RAW), Quality Assurance Project Plan, Alternative Remediation Standards application, Remedial Action Report (RAR), Unrestricted Use Response Action Outcome (RAO), and etc.; ?
Minimum of ten working days for PPPL and/or DOE review and comment for scheduled submittals; and, ? The cost of this scope assumes that one site visit will be required. Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for site visit and conduct pre-job brief prior to the start of work, as needed.
Task 2: Investigation and remediation of soil impacts from spill and legacy impacts ? Advising, technical support, evaluation of data and selection of samples for contingent analysis, and investigations of soil impacts from spills and legacy impacts. ?
May include, if requested by PPPL, a written summary of the remediation and analytical results, with recommendations for supplemental cleanup, if necessary; and any LSRP-required work products to validate and certify the effectiveness of remediation done by PPPL in response to spills or legacy contamination. We intend to award a (five year) Basic Ordering Agreement to successful offeror . Interested parties must participate in the mandatory pre-proposal zoom conference.
