SIOUX CITY 2 SUB HVAC REPLACEMENT

1.1. SCOPE OF WORK The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) requires a contractor to perform the replacement of the existing Condensing Units as well as the Air Handling Units AHU’s. HVAC systems and equipment at the Sioux City 230 Substation. The required services, as described further in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) include but are not limited to the following:

Update and replace the existing Trane heating and air-conditioning equipment. Complete installation including removal and haul away of the existing equipment. Installation of new 15-ton Lennox Condensing Units EL180XCSDT1Y Installation of new 15-ton Air Handing Unit EL180XASD-1Y Coil/Hail guard combo. Low ambient control Honeywell model 8000 thermostat 35kw electric heat New line sets 15-amp GFCI field wired and installed Equipment See above 1.4.
