NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, Lackland Air Force Base, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Bay West LLC. This action will be to finalize Proposed Plans, Decision Documents, Records of Decision and provide Remedial Action-Operation and Long Term Monitoring Services.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, any submission of capability statements may be submitted in writing by e-mail to Mr. Thomas Dimitriou at thomas.dimitriou@us.af.mil. No other communications will be entertained. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. We anticipate a sole source procurement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
