Amphibious Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)

This requirement is being re-synopsized due to the requirement changing. The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement to procure DRS Pivotal Power Amphibious Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). It is the government's intention to award a firm, fixed price purchase order, utilizing other than full and open competition (brand name) DRS Pivotal Power. Part numbers and quantities are listed below.

(7) 6kVA UPS 836-01AY (14) 6kVA/2.4kW UPS Batt Cab 899-01A With an option year for: (8) 6kVA UPS (836-01AY) (6) 3kVA UPS (833-01AY) (5) 2.4kW UPS (843-01AY) (10) 0.8kW UPS (841-01AY) (5) 2.4kW Rectifier (843-01-18) (10) 1kW Rectifier (841-01-15) (22) 6kVA/2.4kW UPS Batt Cab (899-01A) (6) 3kVA UPS Batt Cab (898-01A) (10) 0.8kW UPS Batt Cab (893-01A) Accordingly, NSWCPD is requesting information from any and all interested sources in order to make an informed determination regarding procurement strategy.

Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the requirement stated above. Responding statements are not to exceed three (3) pages in length. Responses shall be in electronic format (MicrosoftWord or PDF preferred). A cover page for the response shall be included.

The cover page shall include the company name, address, CAGE Code, Business Size Status for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335999 and points of contact (names, email, and telephone numbers) at a minimum. The cover page is not considered in the total page count. NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be sent to Contract Specialist Zach McCurry at zachary.f.mccurry.civ@us.navy.mil with the subject line "24-44-0006."

All responses must be submitted by no later than 5:00 PM EST on 26 March 2024. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this pre-solicitation notice, and the Government will not compensate the respondent for any cost incurred in developing the response to this pre-solicitation.

The Government will not release any information marked with a proprietary legend received in response to this pre-solicitation to any firms, agencies or individuals outside the Government without written permission in accordance with the legend. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
