The RFP package is hereby updated to reflect the changes made due to questions received. Purchase of two (2) ea of brand name or equal to Rubrik Cloud Data Management software tool. If Alaska Area does not receive offer(s) that is reasonably priced, Alaska Area will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order of first consideration to last consideration): - 1st Tier - Native Owned small business - 2nd Tier - Certified 8(a) Small Businesses - 3rd Tier - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses - 4th Tier - Small Disadvantage Businesses - 5th Tier - All Other Small Business Concerns.
