The AE IDIQ has no pre-established fixed contract prices, and task orders are awarded on a firm fixed price basis. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer or his/her proper authorized representative(s). All future task orders will be executed under this AE IDIQ and only modifications to existing task orders are contemplated.
