Intent to Sole Source Financial Times Limited

The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Financial Times Limited Inc. - Bracken House, 1 Friday Street, London, London EC4M 9BT, United Kingdom, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is an annual renewal of Financial Times enterprise wide licenses which will provide e-news from over 700 journalists around the world.

The Financial Times validates and distils information from hundreds of sources to deliver accurate, high-quality news and analysis. Electronic titles will provide coverage for all readers through multiple sources such as providing access via mobile device or tablet, workspace, epaper, or archived files. These titles are exclusive to Financial Times. There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission.

The period of performance is one year, with four (anticipated) 1-year options: February 23, 2024 through February 22, 2029. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
