Justification and Approval to Increase Capacity on the NAVFAC Northwest HUBVET MACC

This is a modification to increase capacity by $35,000,000 from $240,000,000 to $275,000,000 for the previously awarded Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and Historically Underutilized Business Zone Businesses (HUBVET) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The MACC has no pre-established fixed contract prices, and task orders are awarded on a firm fixed price basis. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer or his/her properly authorized representative(s). No future task orders will be executed under this MACC and only modifications to existing task orders are contemplated.
