The Government is posting reposnses to questions recevied. The Government hereby revises the RFQ 1333ND24QNB400150 and removing the old RFQ from this notice. The revision to teh RFQ are higlighted in the RFQ. The Due Date for this RFQ has been extended until 2:00PM , July 8, 2024.

The Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) serves the National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) mission by getting knowledge and discoveries from the laboratory to the general public so that laboratory research can bring about innovations that will help stimulate the U.S. economy and benefit American lives and society.

To initiate the process, TPO assists NIST researchers and external institutions by executing transactional agreements in support of a collaborative research or further development of an existing technology.

TPO is seeking a software database with multifunctional modules and customization, customer relationship management, and records linkage and management capabilities that support the technology transfer infrastructure in the following areas: Transactional and Co-Development (Collaboration) Agreements; Inventions; Intellectual Property; Licenses; Grants; Marketing.

The objective of this procurement is to acquire a commercial off the shelf reliable, secure, and scalable database system that meets TPO’s specific needs and enhances overall efficiency and is FEDRAMP approved.
