RFQ Services to Print and Outsource Juror Mailings NDFL

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ) for Open-Market pricing. Quotes for this requirement must be submitted using an official company quote. The Court is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract to the vendor providing the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote to provide services to print and outsource juror mailings. All questions regarding this RFQ must be sent via email only to leayn_dunbar@flnd.uscourts.gov and joan_kurtz@flnd.uscourts.gov by COB, on September 13, 2024, 4:00 PM.

All questions received and responses will be sent to all vendors responding to this RFQ. Quotes in response to this requirement must be sent via email only to leayn_dunbar@flnd.uscourts.gov and joan_kurtz@flnd.uscourts.gov by COB, on Friday, September 20, 2024, 4:00 PM CDT.

Quotes must be received in writing and/or via email and contain a description and pricing for materials and services required and a description of the approach and project management that will be used to carry out the contract in accordance with the attached Scope of Work.
