DRAFT RFP: AIR FORCE MODELING AND SIMULATION SUPPORT SERVICE (AFMS3) 3.0

This is a DRAFT Request For Proposals (RFP) only, no proposals are being requested at this time. The Government intends to seek feedback on all aspects of this DRAFT to include but not limited to; Performance Work Statement (PWS), Section L, Section M, Self Scoring Matrix, Pricing Template, etc. Interested parties who wish submit comments are to use the attachment labeled 'Draft RFP Comment Matrix' and send to afdw.pk.afms3_30@us.af.mil. Interested parties are to submit only one Draft RFP Comment Matrix per party.

The Government does not intend to hold future engagements with interested parties before the final RFP. The Government is also interested in feedback on RFP length, transition (if applicable) timeframes, identification of any unintential barriers to competition, etc. While the Government does not anticipate major changes between this DRAFT RFP and the final RFP some aspects will be adjusted based on industry feedback.
