Notice of Intent: Sole Source Award **THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION** The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to ABM Industry Groups LLC located at: 14141 Southwest Freeway Sugarland, Texas, 77478, United States for the lease of FIFTEEN UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES for the purpose of secure parking with 24/7 direct and secure elevator access for executive parking at the IRS office at 77 K Street Washington, D.C.

20002. Request for quote(s) will be solicited only from ABM Industry Groups LLC parking facility which is located within ¼ mile (walking distance) of 377 K Street Washington, D.C. 20002. The NAICS code for this action is 812930. The small business size standard is $41.5M. The anticipated award date is April 8, 2025, with a one-year period of performance from the date of award. This Notice is not a Request for Quote, and no solicitation will be issued.

Written responses to this notice will be evaluated by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability and respond to the requirement no later than 12 noon EST, April 7, 2025. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
