AFRH Keyless Lock System Replacement

Amendment 7 – SITE VISIT: The purpose of this Amendment is to provide information regarding requesting a site visit for the Washington D.C. Campus. The address to access the campus is the Eagle Gate at: 140 Rock Creek Church Rd NW Washington, DC 20011 The parties will meet at the flag pole indicated on the attached map, Amend 7 – Campus Map for Site Visit. Security will direct visitors to the appropriate parking.

Visitors must sign up for the site visit no later than 12:00pm EST (noon), on Friday, January 31, 2025. Please note, anyone not on the list provided to security will not be able to access the campus. In order to incorporate the site visit, this solicitation shall be extended from 10:00am EST, Friday, January 31, 2025, to 10:00am EST, Friday, February 14, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 6: The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor generated questions and extend the quote due date from 10:00am EST, Friday, 01/24/2025 to 10:00am EST, Friday, 01/31/2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor generated questions. Please see the attached Amend 5 Questions and Answers Spreadsheet.

Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 10:00am EST, Friday, 01/17/2025, to 10:00am EST, Friday, 01/24/2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 10:00am EST, Friday, 01/10/2025, to 10:00am EST, Friday, 01/17/2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 10:00am EST, Tuesday, 12/24/2024, to 10:00am EST, Friday, 01/10/2025, and to answer vendor generated questions. Please see Amend 2 Questions and Answers Spreadsheet, Amend 2 Lenel ILS Locks, and Amend 2 Card Reader points in the attachments.

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date from 10:00am EST, Tuesday, 12/03/2024, to 10:00am EST, Tuesday, 12/24/2024, and include some previously missing drawings for the lock systems. Please see DC Lock Info, GP Lock Info, and GP Lock Layout in the attachments. Additional information that was requested is still being compiled, and an additional amendment shall be posted when this information becomes available.

The Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) has a need to fully replace the existing keyless lock systems at both the Washington, D.C. and Gulfport, MS campuses, with fully operational, complete and cloud based keyless lock system. The period of performance is anticipated to be for five (5) months from the date of award. Please note, all requested information in the Proposal Instructions, as well as all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposal. see the solicitation clauses for terms, conditions, and details.
