Amendment 002: To provide the Government’s answer to vendor questions (attached Amendment 002).

Amendment 001: To provide the Government’s answer to vendor questions (attached Amendment 001). To provide an Attachment A – Pricing Sheet for vendors to submit for their proposal. To inform vendors of a site visit on Friday, November 22nd at 2:00pm ET. All vendors are welcome to attend, please see question 7 in the Amendment 001 document for details. To extend the solicitation period to Friday, November 29th at 10:00am ET.

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) of Washington, D.C., is hereby requesting a formal quote for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with an anticipated period of performance of 01/01/2025 – 12/31/2029.

Offerors shall have an unexpired SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award may be made. The offeror shall adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within this solicitation. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov by no later than 10:00am ET on November 13, 2024 and must state “20342325Q00005 – Questions/Pool Maintenance, Attn: KE/GJ” in the subject line.

Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be assured of an answer. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Electronic quotations shall be submitted to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 10:00am ET on November 20, 2024 to be accepted, and must state “20342325Q00005 – Quotation/Pool Maintenance, Attn: KE/GJ” in the subject line. Proposals received after this deadline are late and will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal. The Offeror assumes full responsibility for ensuring all electronic materials and attachments submitted are formatted in accordance with the Bureau of the Fiscal Service Security Requirements.
