Keyless Lock Replacement System

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) is issuing solicitation 20342324R00003 for a Keyless Lock Replacement System for both campuses of the Armed Forces Retirement Home –located in Washington, DC and Gulfport, MS, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and attachments. This action is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 334290. The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation.

The contract is anticipated to be awarded for one (1) five-month Base Period. In addition to the proposal for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to the vendor, must be completed and included with your proposal. Amendment 0001 is now included with this posting to answer all questions asked by participating vendors. There are also new attachments to support the information provided on Amendment 0001. In addition to this Amendment, a two week extension has been granted to allow vendors time to submit proposals.

Amendment 0002 is now included with this posting to include additional drawings to clarify vendor questions (Amend 0002 DC Drawings & Amend 0002 Gulfport Drawings). This solicitation is now set to close Wednesday February 14, 2024 at 2:00pm EST.
