AMENDMENT #2: The purposes of amendment 2 for RFQ 20341225Q00025 are as follows:
1) Add the following to section 3.0, Description of Services, in the Statement of Work (SOW): All emergency repairs require no more than a 4-hour response time from the contractor. The contractor may also be required to provide a temporary generator within 24 hours during generator failure. A revised SOW is attached to this SAM.gov RFQ posting.
2) Re-open the solicitation to accept offers until Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 2:00 pm EST.
AMENDMENT #1: The purposes of amendment #1 for RFQ 20341225Q00025 are as follows:
1) Provide answers to the following questions that were posed by prospective vendors 2) To extend the Offer due date to Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 2 pm EST. Questions & Answers: What and/or where is the unit access? This is important in determining the number of generator techs and for load bank testing.
Answer: Generator sits on a concrete slab in the parking lot with 2 large doors on both sides for access.
2. Is it rooftop, ground level outside, parking garage, inside building?
Answer: The generator sits on a concrete slab in the parking lot.
3. If rooftop – how many flights of stairs to get to roof from top floor where elevator stops?
Answer: N/A 4. If parking garage – what is the height of parking garage? Where is the parking garage in reference to parking garage entrance?
Answer: Open area of the parking lot not in the garage. 5. If inside building – where in building and distance from closest outside access?
Answer: Only the Switch Gear is located on the 2nd floor of the building. 6. While reviewing the solicitation documents, we noticed a need for clarification regarding the scope of services. Could you please confirm whether the required services will include a building load test or a load bank test? a) Additionally, we would appreciate details regarding the duration of such tests, if applicable.
Answer: Not at this time 7. Could you please provide the serial number or a picture of the data tag on the MTU 16V2000 DS10000 generator unit?

Answer: There are parking spaces all around the generator, unless they are reserved. 9. Could you confirm if the generator is located at ground level or if it is installed on a rooftop?

Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Emergency Generator Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Period of Performance: Date of award through one (1) year, plus two (2), 12-month option years REFER TO ATTACHMENT A for a list of products and pricing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a SAM.Gov 100% Small Business set aside under NAICS 811310. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation in accordance with the SOW. The government intends to make an all-inclusive fixed price award to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest priced quote.
