The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is soliciting quotations for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide comprehensive office furniture design, furnishing, delivery, and installation services for the Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC) located at 210 Walnut Street, Suite 276, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 337214 – Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing.

The project consists of furnishing approximately 2,500 square feet of office space to support six (6) full-time employees and includes architectural systems furniture, manager's office furniture, conference room furniture, storage systems, design services, project management, delivery, installation, warranty support, and related services. Amendment A0001 – The purpose of this amendment is to address RFQ questions included in the “Furniture Exchange Questions and Answers” attachment. See Track changes in RFQ document. This amendment extends the quote due date and time to September 4, 2026 1PM EST.
