IT Accessibility and Section 508 Compliance Services

Description of Services: The purpose of this contract is to engage a qualified contractor who will ensure that all information and communication technology (ICT) materials posted on the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's internal and external internet sites meet the accessibility requirements outlined in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Additionally, the contractor will provide education, awareness, and strategic planning to enhance Section 508 compliance and promote workforce diversity through inclusive technology.

Location: Contractor site with travel to BEP facility in Washington, DC for meetings, training, and working sessions . All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through www.gsa.ebuy.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring that site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.

The closing date is 15 August 2024. All responsible sources may submit a quote via that site to be considered by this agency.
