Zeiss EVO-15 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Maintenance

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a non-personal services contract for the Zeiss Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Maintenance Services at the District Currency Facility (DCF). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and instrument troubleshooting support of the Zeiss EVO-15 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) as defined in this Performance Work Statement The Period of Performance (POP) shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12-months and four (4) 12-month option years. The estimated POP reads as follows:

Base Year 3 August 2026 – 2 August 2027 Option Year II 3 August 2027 – 2 August 2028 Option Year I 3 August 2026 – 2 August 2027 Option Year II 3 August 2027 – 2 August 2028 This solicitation is issued as full and open competition.
