Spare Parts for SOI Presses

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD Spare & Replacement Parts for Non-Sequential Large Examination and Printing Equipment (NS-LEPE), Super Simultan (SUSI) Presses, and Nickel Scrubber.

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on behalf of the Office of Supply Chain Management. The contract will procure the following items utilizing a Justification and Approval in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.106.1(b):

Seven (7) each - Cylinder, Hydraulic, KBA P/N L5771450

Three (3) each- Pump, 480V- 60Hz, Submersible, KBA P/N 1002525265

Three (3) each - Motor, 18.5Kw, Fan Motor, KBA P/N 1002525266

Three (3) each - Computer Preloaded with Software K&B P/N - SK651022, SAP 1001489171

Three (3) each - Pump, Centrifugal, KBA P/N 1002525269

The intended contractor is Koeng & Bauer.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
