1) Extend the due date of quotation submission to Friday, September 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Eastern);

2) Provide answers to industry questions;

3) Remove Mr. Patrick Reil as the contract specialist for this requirement; and 4) Amend the solicitation. All changes are in red font.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this requirement is 2031JW25Q00073 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025. (iv) This solicitation is not set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is 524113, “Direct Life Insurance Carriers,” and small business size standard is $47.0 million. (v) List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable).
