Corporate Establishment Data

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is 2031JW24Q00047, of which the Requestor seeks Corporate Establishment Data subscription services and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990—All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a Small Business size standard of $19.5M.

To be considered eligible for award, Respondents must be registered as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (i.e., SAM.gov) under this NAICS, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) at time of the solicitation close date and time.
