This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. This Sources Sought is only intended to identify potential sources for the purpose of market research. The draft Statement of Work (SOW) describes only the currently contemplated scope of a potential requirement and may vary from the scope of the requirement in a final SOW included in any RFP. The Sources Sought reference is:

2027 JBER Exterior Commercial Painting IDIQ and shall be used to reference any written responses to this Sources Sought. The anticipated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors with a size standard for the proposed NAICS of $19M.

This is Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Exterior Commercial Painting Contract that will supplement Civil Engineer’s (CE) Construction and Facility Management’s (CFMO) in-house capabilities to perform minor construction, facility repair/alteration, and real property repair/alteration projects on an as needed basis.

The Exterior Commercial Paint IDIQ is for exterior painting projects that are beyond the capability of the base civil engineers to perform with Government resources. Capability statements* must be submitted via e-mail to the POCs listed below no later than 10:00 AM Local Time on 05 June 2026.
