To execute a noncompetitive modification to increase the ceiling on contract W9124J-23-D-0016, awarded to JLL-RER Solutions, LLC (CAGE: 8NYJ2). This modification increases the contract ceiling by $19.7M, from$71.6M to $91.3M to accommodate Army housing inspections through December 2026. The existing ceiling of $71.6M has been reached and a $19.7M increase to the ceiling is required to perform housing inspection throurequired to perform housing inspections through December 2026.
