Furnish Office Space-NAS II Sigonella B476

Procurement of office design, furniture, delivery, installation, and, where applicable, removal and disposal of existing furniture at NAS II Sigonella B476 for Naval Medical Research Unit EURAFCENT (NAMRU EURAFCENT). NAMRU EURAFCENT requires the design of offices to ensure consistent quality and functionality of furniture installations, in line with operational needs and security requirements.

NAMRU EURAFCENT is currently occupying the space, which remains in the original plan used by the previous command, to include furnishing and design. NAMRU EURAFCENT possesses different manning and workspace requirements that new office furnishing and workspace design are essential to provide functional, mission-ready workstations and infrastructure that enable full command capability.

In accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services," the Government intends to issue a solicitation for this commercial requirement.

This solicitation may be: limited to a single vendor via sole source, sent to 3 or more vendors via direct solicitation, or posted to SAM.gov for all responsible sources to submit a quote and be considered by the agency. “One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.” If your company is capable and interested in this requirement, submit the items below no later than August 18th to the point of contact listed for this announcement.
