RFI for Venue and AV Support

The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California is planning for and execution of the virtual Accelerating Warfighting Capabilities Acquisition Research Symposium and Innovation Summit, on May 6-7, 2026, in Monterey, CA. The event must be run from an advanced technical command center built at the local hotel in Monterey, California with advanced equipment and a technical support team provided by the hotel to run two (2) one half days on May 4 and 5th, 2026 practice sessions with panelists and during the live event two (2) keynote addresses and three (3) webinar sessions simultaneously for eight (8) hours each day on May 6 and 7, 2026 starting at 5:00 am until 3:00 pm pacific time. The webinars will be run on Microsoft TEAMS (MS TEAMS) webinar licenses provided by the Government.

The PWS also requires a sleeping room block of fifteen (15) sleeping rooms at the current federal per diem rate of $199.00 with free overnight parking which will be paid individually; an event coordinator provided by the hotel who is dedicated to the event; a completed event execution plan; a four thousand six hundred (4,600) square foot space for the command center; and tables with clothes and shirting, chairs and the hanging of one (1) 6-foot banner.
