Remove Wallpaper and Painting of Walls in the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building in Miami, Florida

The wallpaper in the toilet rooms and corridors on the twelfth floor of the James Lawrence King Federal Justice Building needs to be removed and the walls painted. Contractor shall remove the wallpaper, prepare the walls for paint, and paint the walls indicated on the Request for Quotation. Contractor shall temporarily remove and store all wall art; protect all flooring, wood trim, and adjacent materials; remove light switch covers and label; remove the wallpaper; repair, sand, and prime the walls; paint the walls with a durable scrubbable paint; rehang artwork in original locations; and reinstall the light switch covers.
