Bicycle Rack

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify potential vendors based on the following draft requirements for a bicycle rack with roof to be put in a parking spot. The vendors must be registered in SAM and use Government Purchase Card (GPC) method of procurement. Please provide information and suggestions. The delivery location would be Kaiserslautern, Germany.
