Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for the Veterinary Service Systems Management Sustainment Support to the Defense Health Agency Solution Delivery Division. The applicable NAICS CODE is 541519, Other Computer Related Services.

Defense Health Agency intends to award this requirement to ASM Research LLC, 4050 Legato Rd, Fairfax, VA 22033-2895 under authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (c)(1), 6.302-1 - - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to Mr. Kevin Hodge, kevin.d.hodge8.civ@health.mil no later than 12 September 2024, 11:00 am. Central Time and must include the Government ID 20240221-022648 in the subject line. Late responses will not be given consideration.
